Who We Are
Founded in 2006, Market Street Sports Group (MSSG) began as the exclusive sponsorship representative for the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA). Working closely with their executive membership, MSSG created a model sponsorship program that has enabled the PIAA to enhance the student athlete and fan experience at the State Championships.
In an effort to compensate for declining revenues, many school districts have turned to allowing businesses to promote their products within their schools to help offset budget shortfalls. At several Pennsylvania school districts, MSSG has creatively revolutionized high school marketing by developing relationships with local and regional corporate partners who share the same commitment and vision of enhancing the overall school experience, while allowing cash strapped schools the opportunity to provide programs and courses that they otherwise would not be able to afford. MSSG's packages create a unique blend of family entertainment, client services and tangible results culminating in true partnerships between sponsors, schools and fans.
In 2010, MSSG became the primary enabler for the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center in their effort to generate additional revenue through the sale of corporate Naming Rights, Sponsorships and Advertising. In this task, MSSG is actively seeking prospective corporate sponsors who see financial opportunities in being associated with the 80 major events held annually at the Farm Show Complex by reaching customers within their respective markets.
The MSSG management team has more than 30 years combined experience working in education, sports marketing, corporate sponsorship and finance. Using this background and experience, MSSG has the ability to create a turnkey program that allows sponsors to show value for their investments while generating revenue for clients with little to no upfront capital investment.
